Grandma just bought this for our 10 week old and he is absolutely thrilled by it. I don't know why, but this will hold his attention for quite a long time. I like that he can activate it himself by hitting the little hanging toys. Alternatively, you can set it to play constantly (you may have to leave the room as the song is only cute the first time you hear it.) We were sure we would never buy battery-operated, made in China, plastic toys for our child. Unfortunately he loves the darn thing.
