Durability: Fun: Educational: I bought this toy for my son who is really into Barney at the moment. The toy phone has no volume control switch and the sound is barely audible. The sound can hardly be heard even in a completely quiet environment and the best way to hear it is to turn the phone around and press your ear to the back of the phone. This toy has been very frustrating for my little boy, he thought the phone was broken because he could barely hear it and he kept asking to change the batteries (which didn't improve the volume of the sound at all). He played with the phone for ten minutes before he completely lost interest and he hasn't played with it ever since. This was definitely a bad purchase.
