I wasn't sure whether to give this 3 or 4 stars. I think it would get 3 1/2 if that were an option. Some people may think it is absolutely useless and some may find it to be a lifesaver. My daughter is 15 months and just like a toddler she loves it some days and is indifferent to it others. It has helped get her (and me) through a number of short and long car trips. Now that she is more interested in animals and animal sounds she can be a little more interactive with it. If you are a parent who is easily annoyed by toys with sound, I would not recommend this product...it could drive you nuts in the car.
