Durability: Fun: Educational: I have not received this product yet. I figured it was on the way, perhaps delayed by holiday shipping. I would like to either receive information from you that it is being re-shipped, or would need a refund, please. I have purchased many, many items though AMAZON and this is the first negative experience I have had. Please respond asap as to how we can make this "right".
