Durability: Fun: Educational: Grandma gave this to our four-year old girl for Christmas. She plays with it daily, so versatile, sometimes a house, sometimes a fortress, sometimes a barn. The front piece (atrium/balcony) is removeable and as such, is prone to being a little fragile, but otherwise this is a great looking set and feels good in your hands.
