Durability: Fun: Educational: This item was a gift for my mother-in-law. When she received it, she said that it definately wasn't in NEW condition and the Furby doesn't work. I filed a claim against the company that sold it and received a refund. The company did send her a $10.00 check for return shipping charges, since I couldn't get to her home to return it myself. Amazon did make it right, by carrying with the claim. The ABC Security & Communications didn't like it when I filed a claim against them, but I wanted to make sure that Amazon knew that it wasn't in NEw Condition and doesn't work. In the meantime, I have found a good website to buy Furbys from and other collectibles. It is called Happy Days Collecibles. I ordered a Furby from them and they check each one before it leaves their warehouse to make sure that they work and it was perfect!!!!!!!!! YOU can tell that the booklets and the Furby hadn't been owned by no one. It's a good place to buy any kind of collectible and they stand by their merchandise.
