I ordered this guitar for my grandson for Christmas. There is no way to keep the strings tight even though you turn the screws to tighten. When you do tighten, the strings are brittle (as if really old) and break. To get a refund on this item you have to obtain an RMA, pay for return shipping (which will probably be almost as much as the guitar) and they will issue a refund after they receive the guitar back.
